2. At the airport, check in for your flight and let the flight attendant know that you have items for tax refund (get the luggage tag but do not check in the luggage!). Go to the customs (tax refund counter). When you are there, show the counter personnel the tax refund forms and items that you wish to get tax refund for to get the approval.
3. When you are done, check in your baggage at the oversized baggage counter beside the tax refund counter.
4. After you have passed the customs, look for the tax refund counters inside the customs area. There should be 2 different counters for Global Blue Tax Free and Global Tax Free. You can get cash refund if the counter is opened, or drop your forms at the counter to get the money sent to you via post (money order) or deposited into your designated bank account.

▪ Gimpo International Airport: credit refund counter only (2F, Delivery point of Deposited goods)
▪ Gimhae International Airport: refund counter (2F, departure floor, in front of gate 4)
