Fans of platinum mall will love this hotel, given its close proximity to the mall (it's just across the road!). The hotel is conveniently located within the Shibuya 19 shopping mall, and just a street away from the pratunam wholesale market. We loved the friendly staff and great service there, and will definitely stay there again on our next trip.
Address: 919 Petchburi Road, Kwang Thanon Phayathai Rajdhevi, Pratunam, Bangkok, Thailand 10400
If you search using the address above, you may get a different search result. The hotel is in the same building as Shibuya 19 shopping mall, so this should be your guide. If you are arriving by taxi, the entrance to the hotel is just before the shopping mall. There's a starbucks and Mcdonald's on the ground floor.
We were a bit lost when we arrived as the taxi driver was not sure of the exact location. After we checked in they provided us with a map and address in Thai, which was very useful!
The lobby of the hotel is on the 7th floor.
We reached past midnight, and still the staff greeted us cheerfully, and they even upgraded our room to a corner deluxe room!
Lounge area
Spa / Massage area
Though the spa / massage services are pricier than what you can find outside (we tried 700 baht for 1 hour of aroma massage and 480 baht for foot massage including herbal ball), the massage was great and it's convenient! We are both fans of massages and we really loved the foot massage and herbal ball. Beware that the herball ball may stain your light coloured clothes, and it will definitely leave the herbal smell on your clothes.

The corner deluxe room was huge, and very comfortable! The bed was too soft though. You literally sink into the bed.
TV and table
The bathroom was huge, and I tried to use the 360 view mode on my Samsung Note 3 for the first time. Guess I fail quite miserably, but you get the idea of how the bathroom looks like.
Bathtub - You can roll up the blinds and see the skies during the day
Shower
All taps and showers are Grohe products!
View from our room
Although food is readily available downstairs, we ordered room service (or TV dinner) for one of our dinners. No regrets! I really loved the phad thai which has chewy glass noodles! It's probably the best phad thai I've ever had.
Buffet breakfast is at the restaurant next to the reception. The selection of food was not great, but sufficient.
Other than the usual continental breakfast spread of toast, eggs, bacons, sausages, etc, they have a selection of local / Chinese food such as noodles and rice, porridge, etc. There's also fruits, yogurt, ham and cheese, and salad!
The staff were very attentive and helpful, and we really enjoyed our stay there. We'll definitely be back again!
