Asiatique the Riverfront
With the concept of a "Festival Market & Living Museum", Asiatique houses a variety of restaurants, an open-air mall, with live performances and street performers till the late hours. The things sold there are definitely more up-market compared to the other areas like Pratunam and Chatuchak, but you may be able to find unique local designs not found elsewhere.
Opening Hours: 5pm to 12midnight
How to get there: From BTS Saphan Taksin, take the free shuttle ferry to Asiatique. The ferry schedule is from 4pm to 11.30pm (every 15 minutes). Alternatively, refer to the Asiatique website for other transport methods.

We had yakitori, pan-fried tuna, sashimi and fusion okonomiyaki (with kimchi included), and enjoyed the meal despite it being slightly pricier (the total bill was about 1,400 baht / S$54).

We also had tea and macarons at Bocha. I tried the Thai Milk Tea macaron and liked it! It's very sweet but the taste of thai milk tea is very strong.

Asiatique gets more exciting as night falls and the crowd thickens. Get a spot at one of the restaurants with live band for a relaxing night out!
