Great Ocean Road
A trip to the Great Ocean Road should not be missed if you are in Melbourne! We were contemplating between doing a road trip or following a tour group, and decided on the latter so that we can relax on the way there. Even though I'm not a fan of tour groups, I enjoyed myself as it was a small group of people and the company was good!
Tour Operator: Wildlife Tours Australia
Memorial Arch (Eastern View)
View of the winding roads
And a rainbow in sight!
Do you see what I see? Koalas! While on the bus our guide kept reminding us that Koalas are not bears, but marsupials!
Spot Wild Koalas / Wildlife viewing at Kennett River
Lunch at Apollo Bay
Otway's Rainforest (Mait's Rest)
Twelve Apostles
It was drizzling when we reached, but thankfully the rain stopped while we were grabbing some hot drinks!
Loch Ard Gorge
London Bridge
Kangaroos!
And we ended the day at Ned's Beds in Halls Gap. We requested for a private double room.
Exterior of the hostel
The next day, we woke up early for a climb up the mountains in Grampians National Park

Our last stop was the vineyard! Since it was winter, the vineyard was bare! No worries, there's plenty of wine in the shop.
Into the wine cellar
And there's free wine tasting too!
We had fun on the tour, and I'll recommend it if you want a relaxing tour of the Great Ocean Road!
