Eating standing at a pushcart stall is part of Korea's culture. It's something that most tourists may find unappealing because it's uncomfy to stand and eat, and the fact that most stallholders (especially in non-touristy areas) only speak Korean. However, it's an unique local culture that I recommend trying at least once!

Just outside Exit 3 of SNU station, there's a pushcart stall selling different types of pancakes - kimchi 김치전, potato 감자전, seafood 해물전, pumpkin 호박전, etc. We went on a cold spring night but it didn't stop us from having a feast! Most importantly, the prices are absolutely reasonable! It's about 2,000-3,000krw for each pancake.

If you like sweet drinks, do try the homemade shikhye 식혜 (sweet rice drink) that is cheap and delicious!
