We decided on a basic hotel for a short night's stay before moving in to the villa! The hotel is really basic with necessities you need, and given its good rates (we paid about S$45 for one night), do expect budget travellers. There were kids running along the corridor till the wee hours, and the walls (with a translucent window) were not exactly soundproof. We also wanted a massage, but there was only 1 female masseur, hence we gave up on the idea since it was already 10pm. 

We didn't expect much for breakfast, and so should you. The fried noodles and fried rice were nice when we had our first helping, but since the staff could not deal with the incoming crowd, the second batch of the noodles were undercooked.

I was lucky to grab the last few pancakes!

Some misses at the hotel, but at least the staff was all smiles :)
