View of Osaka from Umeda Sky Building Floating Garden Observatory
The Umeda Sky Building (梅田スカイビル) is a spectacular high rise building in the Kita district of Osaka, near Osaka and Umeda Stations. It is also known as the "New Umeda City". The 173 meter tall building consists of two towers that are connected with each other by the "Floating Garden Observatory" on the 39th floor. - Japan Guide
This is my favourite photo from the day of museum visiting, sun set viewing and shopping. Going back again after 10 years brings back good memories!

In case you are lost in the underground Umeda station, there is a baby room with 2 nursing rooms at 阪急三番街. It's on basement 1 in the North Wing.
Our first stop of the day. We bought food from Hankyu Umeda Main Store before we took the train there, since instant noodles is not favoured by everyone, only to find out that outside food is not allowed! In the end all of us (except mum) tried the instant noodles at the cafe area. The noodles were really yummy, and different from the usual Nissin cup noodles sold in Singapore!

My CupNoodles Factory is the key attraction there. For 300yen you get to customise your own cup noodles with your favourite toppings!
First step is to decorate your cup. My best attempt at drawing the mascot.
Next, dispense the noodles
Next, choose your toppings!

Tada! My dad's choices for my sisters
If you are afraid that your cup noodles may be squashed, you can choose to use the bubble bag.

We stayed at the museum for about 2 hours. That included making our own customised cup noodles, having lunch, and visiting the gift shop. We also stopped to feed Little V. The nursing room is near the gift shop, just ask any of the staff there and they will guide you to the inconspicuous room.
After visiting the museum, we took the train back to Umeda to visit the Umeda Sky Building.

Seeing this view again after 10 years brings back good memories of my grad trip! The view is still as pretty, but now it's captured with higher resolution. :D
Awesome view with my awesome parents

After watching the sun set, we walked to Grand Front Osaka for dinner. Dinner was okonomiyaki at Tsuruhashi Okonomiyaki Omoni. I really enjoyed it and ordered another round with my favourite scallops!

Grand Front Osaka
There were some pop up stalls outside Grand Front Osaka, and one selling organic produce! Of course we bought something back home :)
Too many places to shop, too little time! Next time, I would allocate one day to visit the area around Umeda :)
